ST. PETERSBURG, Florida, Aug. 14 -- The U.S. Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division issued the following news release:

After an investigation by the U.S. Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division (WHD), Michael Andoniades - the owner of five St. Petersburg, Florida, hotels - has paid $23,368 in back wages and liquidated damages to 30 employees for violating overtime and recordkeeping provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
