WASHINGTON, Aug. 13 -- Sens. Chris Van Hollen, D-Maryland, and Tom Cotton, R-Arkansas, issued the following joint statement on the implementation of the 2019 National Defense Authorization Act provision prohibiting the government from purchasing equipment from Huawei:
