RALEIGH, North Carolina, Aug. 13 -- Gov. Roy Cooper, D-North Carolina, issued the following news release:
Today, Governor Cooper appointed Joseph Edgar Brown III and Christopher J. Welch to serve as District Court Judges in Districts 7 and 4, respectively.
