WASHINGTON, Aug. 12 -- Sen. Chris Van Hollen, D-Maryland, issued the following statement regarding Agriculture Department's agreement with the American Federation of Government Employees on behalf of the employees of the Economic Research Service and the National Institute of Food and Agriculture:
