DURHAM, North Carolina, Aug. 12 -- The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association issued the following news:
The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) and its Football Officials Association (FOA) recently conducted their annual officials clinic in preparation for the upcoming 2019 season. The FOA also celebrated the achievements and milestones of several officials at its annual banquet in the Research Triangle Park area of Durham, NC.
