WASHINGTON, Aug. 8 -- Sen. Joe Manchin, D-West Virginia, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senators Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Kevin Cramer (R-ND) introduced a resolution to honor the 75th anniversary of the Battle of the Bulge.
