CHICAGO, Illinois, Aug. 7 -- The National Futures Association issued the following news release:
NFA has ordered Bedminster, N.J. futures commission merchant and forex dealer member Gain Capital Group LLC (Gain) to pay a $50,000 fine.
The Decision, issued by NFA's Business Conduct Committee (BCC), is based on a Complaint issued by the BCC and a settlement offer submitted by Gain.
The Complaint alleged that Gain failed to favorably adjust all customer orders . . .
