CHARLOTTE, North Carolina, Aug. 7 -- The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association issued the following news:

CarolinaGridiron.com recently announced its preseason All-North Carolina College Football (NCCFB) team for the 2019 football season and the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) placed eight players on this year's teamm, including six on the first team and two on the second team.
