WASHINGTON, Aug. 6 -- Household and Commercial Products Association issued the following news:
The Household & Commercial Products Association (HCPA) submitted a letter to Dr. Kim Vanneman, Commissioner of the South Dakota Department of Agriculture (SDDA), requesting a meeting to discuss the extensive delays HCPA members are facing when registering 25(b) products.
The SDDA has yet to resolve this issue despite HCPA's ongoing efforts to respectfully voice our members . . .
