NEW YORK, Aug. 6 -- White and Case, a law firm, issued the following news release:

Global law firm White & Case has advised EP Infrastructure, a.s. (EPIF) on the issuance of its Euros600 million 1.698% notes due 2026 and their admission to trading on the Global Exchange Market of the Irish Stock Exchange (trading as Euronext Dublin).

Citigroup, HSBC, ICBC Standard Bank, Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking and UniCredit Bank acted as joint bookrunners . . .
