RALEIGH, North Carolina, Aug. 6 -- The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association issued the following news:
The 2019 BOXTOROW HBCU Preseason All-America Football Team was announced on Tuesday with six players from the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) being selected.
