WASHINGTON, Aug. 5 -- House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-California, and Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer, D-New York, issued the following joint statement after President Trump delivered his remarks on the mass shootings in El Paso, Texas, and Dayton, Ohio:
