WASHINGTON, Aug. 5 -- The Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued the following event notification (No. 54197) involving the Clinton power reactor in Illinois:
AUTOMATIC REACTOR SCRAM ON LOW REACTOR WATER LEVEL
