WASHINGTON, Aug. 2 -- Rep. Richard Hudson, R-North Carolina, a member of the U.S. Helsinki Commission, issued the following statement on the the Trump administration's announcement that the U.S. will formally withdraw from the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty after Russia failed to honor its treaty obligations:
