WASHINGTON, July 31 -- Sen. Chris Van Hollen, D-Maryland, issued the following news release:

Today, U.S. Senator Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.) and his Senate colleagues introduced legislation that would promote native plant use, research, and protection.
