WASHINGTON, July 31 -- Sen. Rick Scott, R-Florida, issued the following statement applauding the Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee's passage of the Coast Guard Reauthorization Act to continue United States Coast Guard operations and programs through fiscal 2021 and provide additional resources for USCG members:
