WASHINGTON, July 31 -- Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Florida, issued the following statement applauding the Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee's approval of his Restore Coast Guard Capabilities Act (S.2319) as part of the Coast Guard Reauthorization Act of 2019 (S. 2297):
