WASHINGTON, July 30 -- The Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee issued the following statement by Chairman Ron Johnson, R-Wisconsin, at a hearing entitled "Unprecedented Migration at the U.S. Southern Border: What Is Required to Improve Conditions?":
