CHICAGO, Illinois, July 27 -- Rep. Jesus Chuy Garcia, D-Illinois, issued the following statement on the Supreme Court's decision allowing President Trump to take funds from the Defense Department for the border wall:
"I am deeply disturbed by the news tonight that the Supreme Court will allow the President to spend $2.5 billion from the Pentagon on a harmful, ineffective border wall.
