WASHINGTON, July 26 -- Rep. Jan Schakowsky, D-Illinois, issued the following statement after the House passed the Prevent All Soring Tactics Act (H.R. 693) by a 333-96 vote:
"I am so proud to have sponsored, voted for, and help pass the PAST Act.
