DURHAM, North Carolina, July 29 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency issued the following news release:
FEMA and the state of North Carolina have announced more than $1.8 million to help the North Carolina Department of Transportation cover Hurricane Florence-related expenses.
