WASHINGTON, July 25 -- Rep. Brendan Boyle, D-Pennsylvania, issued the following statement on the resignation of Puerto Rican Gov. Ricardo Rossello:
"Puerto Rico has suffered from decades of economic neglect, crushing debt and a humanitarian crisis resulting from a natural disaster.
