WASHINGTON, July 25 -- Rep. Mario Diaz-Balart, R-Florida, issued the following statement after members of the House voted against stating that Venezuela's economic, humanitarian, security, and refugee crisis is the direct result of years of socialist policies implemented by the regimes of former President Hugo Chavez and President Nicolas Maduro:
