WASHINGTON, July 24 -- Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Florida, issued the following statement after Ricardo Rossello resigned as Governor of Puerto Rico:
Puerto Ricans have been demanding for Rossello's resignation due to a corruption scandal in his administration.
