WASHINGTON, July 24 -- Rep. Bob Gibbs, R-Ohio, issued the following news release:
Congressman Bob Gibbs praised the U.S. Department of Transportation's (USDOT) $9 million Infrastructure For Rebuilding America (INFRA) grant for the Irishtown Bend Bulkhead Stabilization project to the Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency (NOACA). Gibbs advocated directly to Transportation Secretary Chao on behalf of the project, which will install steel sheeting as bulkheads to prevent erosion . . .
