WASHINGTON, July 23 -- Sen. Charles E. Grassley, R-Iowa, issued the following floor remarks on oversight ahead of Special Counsel Robert Mueller's testimony:
"On April 8, 2019, I came to the floor to speak about the end of the Special Counsel's investigation.
