COLUMBUS, Ohio, July 23 -- The Natural Resources Defense Council issued the following news release:
Gov. Mike DeWine signed into law today the controversial nuclear and coal bailout legislation, HB 6, soon after the bill was voted out of the State House.
The legislation has also drawn strong criticism for including significant cuts to the state's energy efficiency and renewable energy standards.
