WASHINGTON, July 23 -- Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, issued the following statement on news that Amazon will be building fulfillment centers in Rossford and Akron, Ohio:
The two facilities are expected to create an estimated 2,500 full-time jobs between the two facilities. Those full-time positions would qualify for Amazon's new $15 an hour wage.
