PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania, July 23 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, William M. McSwain, issued the following news release:
United States Attorney William McSwain announced that the owners of E-Z Pharmacy II in Philadelphia have agreed to pay $400,000 to resolve liability under the False Claims Act.
