TALLAHASSEE, Florida, July 19 -- Gov. Ron DeSantis, R-Florida, issued the following news release:
Today, Governor Ron DeSantis announced that June 2019 marked 51 consecutive months of the Orlando area having the highest job creation in the state, adding 47,000 new private-sector jobs in the past year. The unemployment rate in the Orlando area was 3.2 percent, down 0.4 percentage points from one year ago.
