CONCORD, New Hampshire, July 18 -- The Conservation Law Foundation issued the following statement by Senior Attorney Meredith Hatfield after New Hampshire legislators voted to approve rules regulating four toxic per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances in drinking water and groundwater:
