COLUMBUS, Ohio, July 18 -- The Ohio House Democrats issued the following joint statement by State Reps. Juanita Brent, D-Cleveland, and Phil Robinson, D-Solon, applauding Gov. Mike DeWine's veto of a provision within the state budget (H.B. 166) that would limit the ability of school districts to raise operating funds through local property taxes:
