WASHINGTON, July 17 -- Reps. Greg Walden, R-Oregon, ranking Republican member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, and Robert E. Latta, R-Ohio, ranking Republican member of the Subcommittee on Communications and Technology, issued the following joint statement on full committee passage of the Stopping Bad Robocalls Act:
