Kenneth Spell has been named chief executive officer of Homestead Hospital, a 147-bed hospital that is part of Baptist Health South Florida, the largest not-for-profit healthcare organization in the region. He succeeds Bill Duquette, who was named chief executive officer of South Miami Hospital.
