WASHINGTON, July 12 -- Rep. Warren Davidson, R-Ohio, issued the following statement after voting no on the House Democrat version of the National Defense Authorization Act:
"Funding our troops should not be political, and for the last 58 years, the National Defense Authorization Act has been nonpartisan in the House.
