RALEIGH, North Carolina, July 11 -- North Carolina Attorney General Josh Stein issued the following news release:
Attorney General Josh Stein today announced that Dwayne G. Davis has been sentenced to 242 to 333 months in prison and given a mandatory $500,000 fine after being convicted of Level III Trafficking in Heroin, Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, and Possession of a Firearm with an Altered Serial Number.
