WASHINGTON, July 11 -- The Education and Labor subcommittee on Workforce Protections issued the following statement by Chairwoman Alma Adams, D-North Carolina, at a hearing entitled "From the Fields to the Factories: Preventing Workplace Injury and Death from Excessive Heat":
