RALEIGH, North Carolina, July 10 -- The North Carolina Department of Commerce ABC Commission issued the following news release:
The North Carolina Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission held its regular monthly meeting today and ratified 49 hearing cases that resulted in penalties in excess of $58,800 and/or imposition of suspensions of permits for three days or more. Fines are due August 2, 2019, and suspensions begin August 9, 2019.
