WASHINGTON, July 8 -- Rep. Tim Ryan, D-Ohio, issued the following news release:
Congressman Tim Ryan (OH-13) today announced the 2019 Congressional App Challenge (CAC) for middle and high school students in Ohio's 13th Congressional District. The CAC accepts computer programs (or apps) written in any programming language, for any platform (desktop/PC, web, mobile, raspberry Pi, etc.). The competition is open to all students who meet the eligibility requirements, regardless of coding . . .
