MIAMI, Florida, July 5 -- The city of Miami issued the following news, dated July 3:
The City of Miami today released its proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2019-20. The $1.130 billion Proposed Operating Budget is balanced and includes a property tax rate reduction, puts more law enforcement officers on patrol and includes a new groundskeeping crew to further maintain and beautify the City's parks.
