TALLAHASSEE, Florida, July 3 -- The Florida Judicial Nomination Commission issued the following news release:
The 13th Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission announces a second vacancy on the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County created by the resignation of the Hon. Thomas P. Barber due to his confirmation by the U.S. Senate as a judge of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
