WASHINGTON, June 27 -- Sens. Mark Warner, D-Virginia, and Richard Burr, R-North Carolina, chairman and vice chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, issued the following statements on Senate passage of the National Defense Authorization Act for fiscal 2020, which included the Damon Paul Nelson and Matthew Young Pollard Intelligence Authorization Act for fiscal 2018, 2019 and 2020:
