WASHINGTON, June 27 -- Rep. David Price, D-North Carolina, issued the following statement on the Supreme Court's decision to send a citizenship question on the 2020 Census back to the Department of Commerce for further review:
"I'm encouraged that the Supreme Court has determined that the Trump administration's decision to include a citizenship question on the 2020 Census did not follow proper procedure and requires further consideration.
