WASHINGTON, June 27 -- Rep. G.K. Butterfield, D-North Carolina, issued the following statement on the Supreme Court's decisions in Rucho vs. Common Cause and Benisek vs. Lamone, which address political gerrymandering in North Carolina and Maryland:
