WASHINGTON, June 25 -- Sen. Richard Burr, R-North Carolina, chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, issued the following floor remarks on what he calls the importance of passing the three-year Intelligence Authorization Act as part of the National Defense Authorization Act for fiscal 2020:
