WASHINGTON, June 25 -- Rep. Richard Hudson, R-North Carolina, issued the following statement after President Trump signed the Pandemic and All-Hazards Preparedness and Advancing Innovation Act (S. 1379), which includes his bipartisan Mission Zero Act to assist assigning Department of Defense trauma surgeons to civilian trauma centers and filling a gap in care observed by the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine:
