WASHINGTON, June 25 -- The House Ways and Means subcommittee on Select Revenue Measures issued the following testimony by Paul Imhoff, superintendent of the Upper Arlington City School District, at a hearing entitled "How Recent Limitations to the SALT Deduction Harm Communities, Schools, First Responders, and Housing Values":
