TALLAHASSEE, Florida, June 21 -- Gov. Ron DeSantis, R-Florida, issued the following news release:
Today, Governor Ron DeSantis announced the Pensacola area added 2,700 new private-sector jobs in the past year. The area's unemployment rate was 2.9 percent in May, down 0.3 percentage point from one year ago.
