WASHINGTON, June 20 -- Rep. David Loebsack, D-Iowa, issued the following statement after reports in the media that President Trump has ordered the Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Andrew Wheeler and other Cabinet members to review the use of the Small Refinery Exemption program:
