WASHINGTON, June 20 -- The Education and Labor subcommittee on Workforce Protections issued the following statement by Chairwoman Alma Adams, D-North Carolina, at a hearing entitled "Breathless and Betrayed: What is MSHA Doing to Protect Miners from the Resurgence of Black Lung Disease?":
